Privacy Policy

Last updated: 18 July 2026

In short: we collect as little personal data as possible, we never sell it, and we never use it for advertising. This policy explains what we do collect, why, and the rights you have over it.

1. Who we are

This website, www.ndmindhealth.com, is operated by ND MIND HEALTH LTD ("ND Mind Health", "we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England & Wales under company number 14089461, with its registered office at 124 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom.

ND Mind Health Ltd is the data controller for personal data collected through this website and through the mobile applications we publish. You can contact us about anything in this policy at director@ndmindhealth.com.

2. The data we collect

2.1 Data you give us

2.2 Data collected automatically

2.3 Data in our apps

Each app we publish has its own privacy policy, presented within the app and on its App Store listing, describing exactly what that app collects and why. As a principle across all our products: content you create (such as your recipes) belongs to you, is used only to provide the app's features, and is never sold or used for third-party advertising.

3. How we use your data

Our legal bases under UK GDPR are: your consent (waitlists and marketing, which you can withdraw at any time), our legitimate interests (responding to enquiries, keeping our services secure), and compliance with legal obligations.

4. What we don't do

5. Sharing and processors

We share personal data only with service providers who help us run our business — such as website hosting and email providers — under agreements that protect your data, and only to the extent needed to provide their service. We may also disclose data where the law requires it.

6. International transfers

Some of our service providers may process data outside the UK. Where that happens, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as UK-approved standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.

7. How long we keep data

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards. Waitlist emails are kept until the relevant launch, or until you ask us to remove you. We delete personal data when it is no longer needed.

8. Your rights

Under UK data protection law, you have the right to:

To exercise any of these rights, email director@ndmindhealth.com. You also have the right to complain to the UK's supervisory authority, the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), at ico.org.uk.

9. Cookies

This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Any cookies used are strictly necessary for the site to function.

10. Children

This website and our products are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page shows when it last changed. Significant changes will be highlighted on this page.
