Built on the belief that different minds build better products.
ND Mind Health Ltd is a London-based digital product studio founded and staffed by neurodivergent talent — a small team that specialises in detail, pattern and creative problem-solving.
Why "ND Mind Health"?
ND stands for neurodivergent — minds wired for autism, ADHD, dyslexia and other differences. Too often, industries treat those differences as obstacles. We built a company around the opposite idea: that they are precisely the traits great digital products are made of.
The Mind Health in our name is our founding commitment — a healthy environment where different minds do their best work, and products that treat their users' attention and wellbeing with the same respect. Software should reduce cognitive load, not add to it.
The result is a studio where hyper-focus becomes polish, pattern-recognition becomes architecture, and lived experience of thinking differently becomes empathy for every kind of user.
A portfolio, not just projects.
We create our own consumer products alongside client work. Our flagship — an AI-powered recipe app that brings every recipe you love into one customisable kitchen — is in development now and heading for the App Store.
Behind it sits a growing pipeline of apps, websites, software and dashboards, each one an expression of the same principle: design and solution, working together, enjoyably.

Detail is respect
Every overlooked edge case is a person having a bad day with your product. We sweat the small things because users feel them, even when they can't name them.
Clarity over cleverness
The best interface is the one you don't have to think about. We design for calm, legibility and low cognitive load — for every kind of mind.
Different is an advantage
We hire for the strengths of neurodivergent thinking and build working practices that let those strengths compound.
AI with a purpose
We use AI to remove friction — reading a recipe from a screenshot, adapting it to your diet — never to pad a feature list.
Honest craft
Realistic timelines, plain-English communication, and work we're proud to put our name on.
Enjoyment matters
Software can be delightful. If a product isn't enjoyable to use, it isn't finished.
The formal details.
We believe in being transparent about who we are.

would make of your idea?
We're always happy to talk — about a project, a partnership, or joining the team.
